3️⃣The solution

As we have already anticipated, the solution to get everything you want is to create good habits.

But the change you must make must be gradual in order to have an effect.

It is very important to mention that there are habits that take longer to fix than others and this is due to their difficulty. It is not the same, establishing a habit of having a daily cup of coffee than going to the gym daily.

Based on research done in previous years, it has been found that establishing a habit can take 21 days straight. But this is an average number. It will depend to a greater extent on its difficulty (Check this: Stop expecting to change your habit in 21 days and The Power of Forming Habits).

Recent research puts a much higher number of days to create habits. And it is for this reason that we have decided to create a completely free access program called 100 Days Challenge.

It is important to mention that 100 Days Challenge is part of the Ha-Bit ecosystem. With which, according to our Roadmap, more services will be introduced for the benefit of our users.
